We will gladly accept and pay for the return of incorrect items sent. Should you need to return a part for refund, exchange, or credit, please contact our customer service department for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Cleartastic will not accept returned goods without prior authorization. The customer is responsible for shipping/freight on all return orders. The customer is responsible for returning parts in the same condition they were received, with proper packaging and insurance to cover the value of parts being returned. No return or refund will be granted to any part that has been modified in any way. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the original date of shipment. Parts authorized to be returned, on a non-exchange basis, are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returns shipped to us COD will not be accepted.
Any custom "made to order" items can only be cancelled within the 24 hours from the time of purchase. There are no returns on used items.
